“Now Let” Sign Goes Up On Jack Brignall House

Victoria Plumb has leased the whole of Jack Brignall House and, following a high quality fit-out undertaken by Hull-based Red Frog Design, recently moved over 60 staff into its new headquarters office.

The 17,545 sq.ft. office was built speculatively by Wykeland last year with the expectation that occupier interest would be strong in an energy-efficient building of innovative design in a great business park location.

The building was designed and built to BREEAM Very Good standards and achieved an Energy Performance Certificate rating of A.

Grant Edmondson, Head of Asset Management said “Wykeland was delighted to see such a successful a local company as Victoria Plumb move into the park’s centrepiece. The company recognised the opportunity that the building afforded to grow its business and invest in its workforce.”

“Feedback from Victoria Plumb’s workforce has been overwhelmingly positive.” He added “It’s excellent news for Victoria Plum and for Bridgehead, which continues to attract a great deal of interest from potential occupiers, principally from established Hull and East Yorkshire businesses but increasingly from further afield.”
