Baytree Interiors puts down roots at Flemingate

Baytree Interiors continues its expansion within Yorkshire with a new store opening at Flemingate, the 162,561 sq ft retail and leisure development in Beverley that opened in November last year.

The new store is the first in East Yorkshire and the twelfth for the quickly expanding Baytree Interiors, which has recently opened a new store in Huddersfield and has planned store openings in both Leeds and Manchester later this year.

Baytree is the first in a trio of upcoming launches at Flemingate, with independent restaurant operator Riva Lounge and Café Bar now welcoming its first customers, and Gourmet Burger Kitchen due to open in the coming month.

Commenting on the opening, Managing Director of Baytree Interiors, Nik Hill, said: “Flemingate marks the next step in our expansion strategy and we are thrilled to open here. We are positioned in a great location which has been reflected by a strong opening weekend of trading.”

Flemingate Centre Manager, Graham Tait, added: “The growing number of high quality brands at Flemingate continues to reinforce its status as a key retail and leisure destination for the region. This exciting opening adds depth to our offer, which will continue to evolve in 2016 with Riva Lounge and Café Bar and GBK, as well as some exciting retail announcements later this year.”

Baytree Interiors is the most recent brand to join Flemingate’s line-up, following the successful launch of the destination in November 2015. They are also the latest in a string of local and regional businesses to join Flemingate, following stores by BOLO, the independent fashion retailer, and Guest & Philips, the independent jeweller, as well as Parkway Cinema.
